Engagement Style

We met early one morning at the Botanical Gardens and later headed out to Manhattan Beach.. I had a great time roaming around documenting their love. Within the first hour that I met Chris & Kelly, I could feel the love that they have for each other. From Chris holding out his hand to help her, dusting her off making sure she looked perfect in every way, to the way she whispered sweet nothings in his ear to make him laugh.
Take a look at some of my favorites from the day.

Chris & Kelly,

Thank you sooo much for driving all the way down here and giving me the opportunity to document your love (engagement style)! You two are one of the sweetest couples I have ever met & I had a blast hanging out with you two! May your love continue to blossom! Much Love!

I absolutely Love this next picture...  A sweet, quiet, intimate moment in the green house.

I think I like the black & white picture better, but because it doesn't flow with the rest, I added them both. Which one do you like better?

Who knew a place like this existed in LA?

Love it!

Coming up next...

Much Love,

"Find a Penny...

..Pick it up, and all day long, you'll have Good Luck!"

So at least that's what we learned when we were growing up right? After running around all morning, getting lunches made, teeth brushed, hair combed, every ones backpack packed, we all ran to the car in hopes that we wouldn't be late. Just as I approached my car door, I looked on the ground, and there it was.. A shiny 2008 Penny... Heads Up... staring right back at me! Yup! That's right, it was heads up and I didn't have to flip it over to pass the luck on this time!

So what does this "Lucky Penny" mean exactly? Would I really be lucky today? And if I was, what kind of Luck would it be? Is only ONE thing that's gonna happen today be lucky, or would it be the whole day? And what about when my day is over? Do I put that penny back out there so someone else could find it? Or do I keep it forever? I'm not sure exactly what it means, or what's suppose to happen, but I hoped for the best and put that penny in my pocket, which I later carried in my locket.

I have to admit, now having the penny for almost 5 hours.. I feel lucky! The boys made it to school on time, I've reached a personal workout goal, I saved $25 on groceries, a stranger told me I was Heavenly Sent, I received a package in the mail aaaand my day's not even over yet! For someone that is usually "Luck Challenged," I'd have to say, I'm having a wonderful "Lucky" day!

And because a post is always better with pictures... here is my luck to you!
Coming up on the blog.. an engagement session with the sweetest couple!

Much Love,
Anna
